Fall is right around the corner, can you believe it? I hope you’re trying to soak up the last bits of the summer heat as much as we are! Last week, we explored a new, local SOMA bakery/coffee shop called Vive La Tarte that just opened two months ago.
With its minimalist decor, innovative drinks featuring Sightglass beans and yummy treats, it’s our new go-to spot for work and meetings. There’s no Wi-Fi, so you’ll have to carry a hotspot. Things to try: Ice coffee, croissant, hazelnut tart, who am I kidding, try everything if you can.
I love working from coffee shops, so I took this chance to take a closer look at the upcoming fall trends and share my current fall essentials below. I’m really appreciating the rising 70s influence this coming season, but still staying true to minimalism with simple color palette and utilitarian choices. Sneakers are also are not going anywhere, which is great news for me cause usually I’m too lazy to walk in heels. 😉

I love how they designed the space! I’ll have to check this spot out.
Also word up on minimalising this 70s revival trend.

I love the industrial space and the flared jeans from your selection. Not really a 70s fan, but your post excited me about Fall 15.

Absolutely adore the white spaces of the Coffee Shop! Can’t get enough of minimal spaces anyways but this looks so good! Oh and I wouldn’t mind these bad boy boots from Alexander Wang in my wardrobe 🙂
