You can always tell the energy of December gets intense in NYC. The combination of overworked NYers, and end of the year reflection conversations in your head can drive you to overwhelming places. Like downloading that addicting game app you’ve been avoiding, and there goes the next 48 hours.
Besides learning to meditate and focus on now to be more present, an exercise hubby taught me was to really reflect on the past year. We wrote down 3 accomplishments I’m most proud of.
What a year it has been.
Now that I have my closure, it’s time look at 2017. Resolutions or goals are aimed to be constructive, but they can get limiting. For the upcoming year, my goal is to take it one day at a time, and do everything I can to seize every minute of it. We cannot control the past or the future, but now.
Which brings me to my next pursuit for 2017, what makes me happy. To inspire and be inspired. A very special thank you to everyone who’s been supporting all along, every feedback, comment, like you give means the world to me.
Oh and also fashion blog time.
So I wanted to spice up this NYE, with another dress. JK, not! All about embracing myself, I channeled my most true self, the tomboy. Oh and she can be glam and edgy too.
